Roald Dahl Day

On Monday 15th September, the children in Oak Class were in for a surprise when they discovered they had a new teacher, Miss Trunchball, who was VERY fierce and scary!  She was ably assisted by Miss Honey, who managed to keep the children out of harm’s way!

With a class full of Matildas, Willy Wonkas, BFGs and witches, they all managed to get the better of ‘The Trunchball’ in the end!  They made some truly horrible recipes and learnt lots of interesting facts about the recipe to success when writing children’s books!  The children thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the Roald Dahl celebrations at school.
